We collaborate and work with a variety of different stakeholders, to implement our on-ground programs and make long term impact. We are working with over 20 partners across 3 states where we are part of designing and managing programs with our implementing partners in partnership with government & communities.
Our mission is to drive sanitation through micro finance. Through our association with DCM Shriram Foundation, we are aligning with the goal of a circular economy. Our core business revolves around waste management and sanitation, which is based on a value based approach. 
Integrated rural development initiative investments should translate into income generation & natural resources into asset conversion. We use artificial insemination to achieve the same.
We are disruptors in the NGO space. We aim to achieve 3 goals - to provide decent workplaces, to promote sustainable usage of materials and to partner with stakeholders in order to establish long lasting relationships with them.
We train women entrepreneurs to learn about government schemes who in turn disseminate this information to people who are seeking it, for them to learn and grow.
Our work in Hardoi started 6 years ago, we were all new to this project. We were setting expectations on the field, both between us and the DCM Shriram Foundation team. At the end of the day, the most important factor is creating impact in the children's learning levels through schools and communities. With this alignment of the end goal in mind, the relationship between the two entities was easily formed and growing ever since.
