The company has launched a pilot as part of the Khushali Sehat project in UP for medical tele-consultation from doctors with the help of our VLWs (Village Level Workers). During the COVID-19 scenario, the basic medical advisory has been impacted, we are promoting tele-consultation. The VLWs visit houses of people in our communities and check if anyone has a health issue. They then connect the patient with our doctor through a call.
